Hot Noodle Media, LLC does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only time we pass your information to another company for its own use is when you complete an inquiry or quote form and consent to be contacted by the partners named on that form. Some state laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to cover that consumer-directed transfer, so this page gives you a clear way to opt out of it and of any future transfer, and to exercise your other privacy rights.

Use this form for any privacy request. We honor these rights for everyone who asks, whatever state you live in. Submitting a request will never cause us to deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service.

What happens next

We confirm we received your request within 10 business days.
We verify your identity, usually by matching two data points already in our records or by confirming you control the email address or phone number you gave us. We use what you provide for verification only.
We respond within 45 days. If the request is complex we may extend once by another 45 days, and we will tell you why before we do.
Opt-out requests are applied as quickly as possible and in any case within 15 business days.
If we deny your request you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond in writing with our reasoning, and tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you are still not satisfied.

Browser-level opt-out

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends it, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser automatically, with no form required.
