This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, what each category does, and how to control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device. We also use related technologies that work the same way for our purposes: pixels and tracking tags (tiny images or scripts that record that a page loaded), local storage and session storage (browser-based storage), and software development kits inside any applications we operate. In this policy "cookies" means all of them.
2. The categories we use

Nothing outside the strictly necessary category loads before you choose. If you reject non-essential cookies or take no action, we do not set functional, analytics or advertising cookies.
3. First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by a vendor we use, such as an analytics or advertising measurement provider, and are governed by that vendor's own privacy policy as well as this one. We enable third-party cookies only in the categories you have allowed.
4. How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. Our consent record is kept for up to 12 months, after which we will ask you again. Analytics and advertising cookies typically expire within 13 months, and often sooner.
5. How to control cookies
- On this site. Use the link in the footer of every page. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, and the change takes effect immediately.
- In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
- With a browser-level signal. We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, without you having to do anything else.
- Industry opt-outs. You can also use the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Opting out of advertising cookies does not mean you stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see are less likely to be based on your activity.
