1. Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means we build for keyboard operability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, meaningful text alternatives, semantic structure and landmarks, labeled form controls with clear error messages, and layouts that work when text is enlarged or the viewport is small.

2. Where we may fall short

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished state. Content supplied by third parties, such as advertiser creative or embedded partner forms, is not always within our control. Where we find a problem we cannot fix directly, we raise it with the provider and look for an accessible alternative.

3. Tell us about a problem
